Displaying the calendar options

To display the calendar menu options:

1. In the Calendar

Calendar, press

(Option) to display the calendar options.

(down) to highlight an item, then press

view all events and records in the calendar

Delete Past

delete past calendar events or records

Delete All

delete all calendar events or records

Go To Date

move to a specified date

view the calendar memory information
